random brain matter..

these are not put together or edited yet so i am just storing them here til they come together like i know they will

when i get enough saved i will hit the town
#2whatever happened to my youth? did i feed it to the stars to keep the moon aglow ? did i leave it at the junction ? did i put it up on the shelf and left it there to ponder ? did i leave it in my pocket of my skin tight jeans ? did i give it to the doctor to make my kids stronger ? did i lie to myself ?


i tried to  wash my hands of the  problem.
kneeling by the water's edge the river runs it course.
of course i swear i heard laughter
 riding shotgun  on the wake of crazy
before it was gone..
                              i took my last breath

DID I FEED IT TO THE STARS SO THAT THE MOON WOULD ALWAYS GLOW ?
DID I STOP AND SMELL THE FLOWERS EVERY CHANCE I GOT ?
THE BIRDS SING FOR ME THEIR PRETTY PRETTY SONG
DID I WORK IN MY GARDEN AND TIL THE EARTH THAT IS OUR MOTHER ?
FILL MY ROCK GARDEN WITH HEART SHAPED STONES
DID I LET THE WIND RUN OFF WITH IT ?
DID I LOVE MY CHILDREN MORE THAN MYSELF ?
DID I GRAB AHOLD OF A DREAM THAT MY BABY WANTS TO HOLD?
DID I LISTEN TO THE WHISPER THAT TAPS ME HARD ON THE CHEST ?
DID I DIVE UNDER WATER FLYING  THRU THE BLUE SKIES OF ENDLESS WONDER
